Yes; the trip is for women aged 18+ only, and children cannot join.
What are the minimum and maximum group sizes?
A minimum of 6 guests is required to operate the trip, with a maximum of 16.
What happens if the minimum isn't reached?
If the minimum isn't reached, guests are notified 72 hours before departure, with the choice of a full refund or moving to another date.
How are rooms allocated?
You choose at booking: a shared room at CHAPTERS Hotel (two guests per room; with an odd number, one room sleeps three) or a private room — each with its price shown before payment.
Are lunch and dinner included?
No; lunches and dinners are not included, and the programme leaves free time for both.
Where does the trip start and end?
Departure and return are at Al Alia Mall in Madinah, or departure from and return to Tabuk Park Mall in Tabuk, or pickup from AlUla Airport — all at the same price — you choose your starting point at booking. On the last day Madinah guests return to Al Alia Mall and Tabuk guests to Tabuk Park Mall; guests who arrived via AlUla Airport can ride back with the group or make their own way.
Is there a waitlist?
Yes; once all 16 seats are taken, the waitlist opens.
What is the cancellation policy?
Full refund for cancellations up to 10 days before the trip date; cancellations within the final 10 days are non-refundable.
What optional add-ons are available?
Printed photos for SAR 120, and a private professional photo session with 30 edited photos for SAR 699 — both optional and not part of the base price.
What vehicle is used?
It depends on the group size; transfers use comfortable vehicles sized to the group, and bookings aren't tied to a specific model.
